Hello! My name is Pietro and I’m happy to welcome you to my Toledo apARTment, a holiday home located in the vibrant heart of Naples, just steps away from the city’s most iconic artistic and cultural landmarks. 🌇

Driven by my passion for travel and hospitality, I decided to turn my dream into reality by creating a welcoming, functional, and detail-oriented space where guests can truly feel at home.

The apartment is spacious and full of natural light — ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples. It accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 comfortable bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. Two of the bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, while the third room (with twin beds) has exclusive use of a bathroom located just across the hallway.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, and a Smart TV. The home is fully managed by a modern home automation system, offering convenience and comfort throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker for both capsules and traditional moka. Guests also have access to a laundry area with a washing machine.

The location is truly unbeatable: just a short walk from Piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, San Carlo Theatre, Maschio Angioino, Castel dell’Ovo, the seafront promenade, and popular shopping streets such as Via Toledo and Via Chiaia. The nearby Port of Naples also makes it easy to plan day trips to the stunning islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida — the Italian Capital of Culture 2022 🛥️✨.

Rules

🏡 House Rules

To ensure a pleasant, safe, and respectful stay for everyone, please read and follow the rules below:

  • 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment, including balconies and open windows.
  • 🎉 Parties and events are not allowed.
  • 🤫 Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
  • 🐾 No pets allowed, regardless of size.
  • ⏰ Check-in: from 2:00 PM onward (24/7 self check-in available).
  • 🧳 Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

📄 Documentation and Legal Requirements

  • All guests must provide a valid ID (ID card or passport) for mandatory communication to public authorities.
  • Guests will be asked to sign a short-term tourist rental contract as required by Italian law.
  • Each guest must read and agree to the apartment’s house rules, available in print and digital format.

👨‍👩‍👧 Minors Policy

  • Minors may only stay if accompanied by a parent.
  • If accompanied by another adult, a signed authorization and a copy of the parent’s ID must be provided.

🔐 Additional Important Rules

  • 💥 Property damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
  • 🚪 Unauthorized access: Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment.
  • ⚡ Proper use of utilities: Please use electricity, water, and appliances responsibly to avoid waste or damage.
  • ♻️ Recycling: Please follow local waste sorting guidelines. Instructions are available in the kitchen.
