To ensure a pleasant, safe, and respectful stay for everyone, please read and follow the rules below:
- 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment, including balconies and open windows.
- 🎉 Parties and events are not allowed.
- 🤫 Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- 🐾 No pets allowed, regardless of size.
- ⏰ Check-in: from 2:00 PM onward (24/7 self check-in available).
- 🧳 Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
📄 Documentation and Legal Requirements
- All guests must provide a valid ID(ID card or passport) for mandatory communication to public authorities.
- Guests will be asked to sign a short-term tourist rental contract as required by Italian law.
- Each guest must read and agree to the apartment’s house rules, available in print and digital format.
👨👩👧 Minors Policy
- Minors may only stay if accompanied by a parent.
- If accompanied by another adult, a signed authorization and a copy of the parent’s ID must be provided.
🔐 Additional Important Rules
- 💥 Property damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
- 🚪 Unauthorized access: Only registered guests are allowed inside the apartment.
- ⚡ Proper use of utilities: Please use electricity, water, and appliances responsibly to avoid waste or damage.
- ♻️ Recycling: Please follow local waste sorting guidelines. Instructions are available in the kitchen.
